As one of the top 50 accredited Tea Specialists in the world, May King has combined her tea knowledge with our chef’s desserts and will be introducing the following:
Cheesecake bomb paired with Jasmine Monkey King
The sweet white chocolate and fruit notes of these dessert commands an equally delicate and floral tea for the perfect pairing for which we have chosen Jasmine Monkey King.
Sticky date pudding paired with High Mountain Oolong
Our High Mountain Oolong imported from Nantou, Taiwan has a sweet and light aroma yet robust enough to stand up to the sweetness of Sticky Date Pudding
Spanish indulgence paired with Chai Masala
An equally spicy and exotic tea which will go well with the cinnamon notes of this Spanish indulgence would be the Chai Masala from India.
These teas have been perfectly matched to each food samples to ensure and explosion of flavour with each mouthful! So why not come on an adventure with great flavours of food & tea samples!
